Our Return Policy
- Eligibility Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or show signs of tampering.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Before sending any items back, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or call us at +1 (678) 395-8162.
- Provide Information: In your email or call, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back. Please do not send returns without an RA number, as they may not be processed.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider).
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at [email protected] or +1 (678) 395-8162. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, and will cover any associated shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be exempt from being returned, such as:
- Gift cards
- Promotional items or free gifts
- Items not purchased directly from heedandshouldars.store
