  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.
    • Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days within the contiguous United States.
  • International Shipping:
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
    • Estimated Delivery: Varies by country, typically 7-21 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s).
  • You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email or by visiting our website and entering your tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or international orders. A physical address is required.
  • DandSh is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check your surroundings, with neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier.
